A year-round house in the heart of Masuria
SUNSET is a luxurious year-round holiday house located right next to Lake Lepaki with a private pier, a beautifully arranged garden and a place for active recreation, i.e. a charcoal grill and a separate place for a bonfire with benches.
Our facility is a modern two-story building with a spacious terrace, where a relaxation zone with a beautiful view of the lake has been organized.
SUNSET has a modern design and high-quality a high quality finish.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room for up to 6 people.
The uniqueness and sense of comfort is ensured by a fireplace, which will emphasize romantic evenings and to slightly warm the interior on colder days.
In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa for two people and a 43" TV with Internet access to Netflix and TV.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms:
- The first one with a double bed and an exit to the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake
- The second with two single beds, where one of them has room for two people.
Each guest will receive a set of bed linen and towels, personal belongings can be stored in comfortable bedside cabinets.
Everything is complemented by a functional bathroom with a spacious shower cabin.

In order to ensure the highest sense of comfort for our guests, the SUNSET house has been equipped with wardrobes in the corridor, as well as a built in washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop, hair dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with:
- A coffee machine,
- Cordless kettle,
- Toaster,
- A set of pots,
- two pans,
- Cutlery,
- Drinking Glasses,
- cups,
- mugs, stemware, wine glasses, beer glasses, etc...
- Set of plates for 6 people and
- Plenty of kitchen utensils
The facility is fenced, safe, with a paved access.
